Managers are supposed to support their teams as well as the organisation. But who will support the managers when they need it? The Management Support module within the EAP is specifically aimed at managers who would like to discuss, in a confidential setting, their questions or problems related to their role as manager.
The aim of the service is to advise these managers and equip them to accept responsibility for well-being at work: how to detect and support stressed employees, how to manage conflicts and other difficulties in the team, how to conduct difficult interviews with employees ...
The service allows the team leader to request advice in complete discretion and within a very short timeframe.
