Fit@Work Coaching

Trajectories meeting employees’ need to maintain or regain one's own resilience.

Fit@Work Coaching primarily focuses on work-related challenges come into play; it can therefore be considered as well-being coaching in the work context where growth and performance of the coachee go hand in hand. In an agreed upon number of sessions, coach and coachee work towards jointly defined objectives. The organisation and/or the manager are often involved in determining the objectives of the coaching.
Reasons for starting up Fit@Work Coaching for specific employees include: difficulty in balancing work and life, difficulty in setting priorities and limits, reduced capacity to cope due to persistent work pressure, etc.
