What does your job include?

• Helping people over the phone who are facing psychological and work-related problems but also legal, financial and other types of questions
• Follow-up of cases and coordination of questions
• Contacts with internal and external EAP professionals such as counsellors/therapists/coaches
• Administrative management of the internal reporting system, reporting for client organisations, etc
• Handling workplace incidents with a significant impact (e.g., death, layoffs, accidents, ...)
• Growth opportunities in telephone/video counselling and coaching work, support conversations following major incidents, etc

Do you fit well with us?

• You have a passion for well-being at work
• You have strong communication skills and are capable of listening effectively and providing advice
• You are empathetic, patient, and capable of building a trusting relationship
• You can work independently abd are well-organised
• You have a bachelor or Master, preferably in human sciences (Psychology or Social Work)
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English (bilingualism NL/FR is an absolute requirement) 
• You have proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Word - Excel - PowerPoint)

En quoi consiste le job?

• Soutien téléphonique aux personnes ayant des problèmes psychologiques et professionnels, ainsi que des questions juridiques, financières et autres.
• Suivi des dossiers et coordination des demandes Contacts avec des professionnels du EAP internes et externes, tels que des conseillers/thérapeutes/coachs Gestion administrative du système de reporting interne, préparation des rapports pour les organisations clientes, etc.
• Premier soutien aux organisations en cas d'événements critiques (p.ex. décès, accident, licentiements ,…) Possibilité de développer ses compétences en coachings ou en entretiens de soutien suite à un événement critique.

• Tu es passionné(e) par le bien-être au travail
• Tu as de solides compétences en matière de communication et tu sais écouter et conseiller efficacement
• Tu es empathique, patient et capable d'établir des relations de confiance
• Tu sais travailler de manière autonome et tu es bien organisé(e)
• Tu es bilingue ou trilingue néerlandais, français et anglais (le bilinguisme NL/FR est une exigence)
• Tu as un Bachelor ou Master, de préférence en sciences humaines (Psychologie ou Assistant Social

Wat houdt jouw job bij Pulso in?

• Mensen telefonisch ondersteunen met psychologische en werkgerelateerde problemen, maar ook met juridische, financiële en andere vragen.
• Follow-up van dossiers en coördinatie van vragen Contacten met interne en externe EAP-professionals zoals adviseurs/therapeuten/coaches
• Administratief beheer van het interne rapportagesysteem, rapportage voor klantenorganisaties, enz.
• Opvangen van incidenten op de werkvloer met een zware impact (bv. overlijden, ontslagen, ongevallen,...) Groeimogelijkheden in telefonische/videocounseling en coaching, ondersteuningsgesprekken na ernstige incidenten, enz.

• Je hebt een passie voor welzijn op het werk
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt effectief luisteren en adviseren
• Je bent empathisch, geduldig en in staat om een vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen
• Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent goed georganiseerd
• Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (tweetaligheid NL/FR is een vereiste)
• Je hebt een bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in menswetenschappen (bv. psychologie, maatschappelijk werk,...)
